Carolina, with several years of working with different businesses worldwide, was driven by his love for design and experience to help them translate their great work visually and watch them grow because of it. “Graphic design needs to reflect the beauty of the creative business's work!”
Studio IMPT! was born when Victor, as an expert creative project manager, realized that the creative industry, which is mostly project-driven, does not value high-level project management skills like other industries, such as tech and construction, do. And the most powerful, culture-driven industry seems disorganized to deliver excellence. “We need to lead it!”
